GamFam are delighted to be working with the NHS Southern Gambling Service (SGS) to help people affected by gambling-related harms across the geographical catchment area covered by SGS. Once fully expanded, SGS will cover the geographical remit of the following Integrated Care Boards (ICBs): Hampshire and Isle of Wight; Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, and Berkshire West; Frimley; Kent and Medway; Surrey Heartlands; and Sussex.
The Southern Gambling Service offers high quality assessment and evidence-based treatments for people with gambling-related harms / gambling disorder.
It will offer 3 main treatment pathways:
- Individual psychotherapy (delivered virtually or in person)
- Group psychotherapy (delivered virtually or in person)
- Medication for problematic gambling.
